Title to the goods shall remain with Seller and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by the Seller. If payment terms are not adhered to, credit facilities will be revoked, and any legal costs incurred in debt collection will be charged to the Buyer.

WARRANTIES

WORX+ products are backed by manufacturer warranties specific to each product category. Warranty terms and conditions are provided with the product or upon request.

1. Warranty Coverage

WORX+ products are built to perform under tough site conditions. We stand behind the quality of our tools and equipment with manufacturer-backed warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

  •  Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Product serial number (if applicable).
  • Description and photos of the issue.

Once the claim is assessed and approved, WORX+ may, at its discretion:

  • Replace it with an equivalent model, or
  • Provide a credit or refund.
5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WORX+’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or the cost of doing so. WORX+ is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of income, downtime, injury or productivity.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

RETURNS

If you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact our support team for assistance. Returns or replacements will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

For returns, please contact your local WORX+ representative regarding your return request. After confirmation, please fill out a return authorisation form and send it to our customer service team, who will confirm return details for you. Any credit or refund will be credited after goods have been received and processed by WORX+.

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, videos, product names, and logos—is the property of WORX+ or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
